Self Care Sunday Provides Stress Relief for Students

11/10/2019 -- 6-9 p.m.

The SRU Student Non-Profit Alliance hosted an event to talk about mental health and stress relief tactics for students on campus. Many different clubs and organizations were present. Each club had a station set up with an activity or information on how to improve mental health. There were many students who came to the event with friends to seek new and exciting ways to cope with load management. Students were smiling while painting, making stress balls, and even petting therapy dogs. Overall, the event was very informative and had a positive message that many students can use to make a positive impact in their lives.
